De igus LCA-DR1000-04 delta-robot biedt vier vrijheidsgraden voor meer flexibiliteit bij pick-and-place-taken. Met een werkdiameter van 1.000 mm, tot 96 picks per minuut en een herhaalbaarheid van ca. 0,3 mm is hij ideaal voor dynamische end-of-line-toepassingen. De extra rotatieas maakt niet alleen het grijpen, maar ook het oriënteren van componenten mogelijk.
De besturing gebeurt via de gratis igus® Robot Control, verkrijgbaar als kastversie. De software ondersteunt intuïtieve programmering en interfaces zoals Modbus TCP/IT, ROS, Python en nog veel meer. Als alternatief – perfect voor aangepaste besturingsarchitecturen.
Typische toepassingen zijn onder meer pick & place, sorteren en stapelen op transportbanden, met naadloze integratie in bestaande automatiseringssystemen. Het modulaire ontwerp en de open interfaces maken het een kosteneffectieve oplossing voor moderne productieomgevingen.

If you want to use your own (robot) controller, this is also no problem. Alternatively, it is also possible to operate each axis individually with a controller. For example with our igus® dryve D1 motor controller. With this control architecture, you need one motor controller per linear axis or motor and an additional master controller, which controls the coordination of the movement. You must then program the inverse kinematics for the delta robot yourself in your development environment.
The motor controllers are not part of the article and can be obtained from us as an option. A master controller is not currently offered by igus.
