The Schaeffler LIFTKIT-UR is a UR+ certified vertical 7th axis for Universal Robots cobots, extending the working range in the Z-axis by up to 1,400 mm. Depending on the version, the telescopic column provides a stroke of 500 to 1,400 mm, a compressive load capacity of 1,500 N, and smooth, vibration-free motion at 80 mm/s. Thanks to the URCap software and direct integration into UR Polyscope, positioning can be conveniently controlled via the robot controller. RS232, USB, as well as digital and safety I/Os enable flexible integration for palletizing, material handling, pick-and-place, machine tending, and inspection applications.
