Eindeffectoren
Eindeffectoren zijn de functionele eenheden die bevestigd zijn aan de flens van elke robot en waarmee de te automatiseren beweging wordt uitgevoerd. De functionele eenheid kan een grijper, een werkstuk of meet-/testapparatuur zijn. Zo definiëren Andreas Pott en Thomas Dietz het in hun boek Industrielle Robotik, Springer Verlag.
In een industriële context voeren robots soms in grote mate handling- of pick-and-place-taken uit. Meestal worden daarom robotgrijpers gebruikt als eindeffectoren.
Bij RBTX kunt u een compatibiliteitscheck uitvoeren voordat u een eindeffector koopt. Plaats hiervoor de robot die u gebruikt en de gewenste eindeffector in de MyRobot configurator. De configurator zal je dan vertellen of je producten compatibel zijn.
