ReBeLMove: de mensvriendelijke AMR
De ReBeLMove is een autonome mobiele robot (AMR) die zich onderscheidt door zijn niet-uitschakelbare veiligheidstechnologie en zijn voordelen. Zelfs in de push-modus en bij het aanmeren bij stations blijven alle veiligheidsfuncties actief. Deze omvatten: een veiligheidslaserscanner, een tweekanaals noodstop, encoders op de motoren en remmen op beide motoren. Met een Performance Level D (PLd) navigeert de ReBeLMove vrij door de ruimte en zoekt hij zelfstandig naar een vrije route. De veiligheidstechnologie kan op elk moment ingrijpen en de robot tot stilstand brengen. Als de ReBeLMove een object voor zich detecteert, probeert hij dit te ontwijken. Als het object te dichtbij komt en de veiligheidszones (veiligheidsvelden) binnendringt, worden de remmen geactiveerd en wordt het voertuig tot stilstand gebracht.Hoogtepunten

Fleet management
Fleet management is distributed among the autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), which communicate with each other via WLAN. This does not require a large bandwidth. The AMRs can also drive routes offline as long as there are no encounters and only require Wi-Fi for order placement. Alternatively, external VDA5050 fleet managers such as idealworks, Naise, MHP or Kinexon can be used.
