MIG-500IXR Welding Source | Water/Air cooling | 20-500A | with feeder torch

Variants: MIG-500IXR - air cooling

Part No.: RBTX-QBOT-0011

MIG-500IXR Welding Power Source

The MIG-500IXR is a high-performance welding power source for industrial applications. It operates on three-phase 380V±10% (50/60Hz) with 25 kVA input capacity and 37 A input current. The output range of 20–500 A and 17–42 V supports demanding welding tasks, while 60% duty cycle ensures stable operation. Push/pull wire feeding supports 0.8–1.6 mm wires.

The system uses a push/push-pull wire feeding mechanism for continuous and stable welding. It supports pulse and constant voltage characteristics for carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper alloys. Air cooling simplifies installation by reducing system complexity and maintenance. The straightforward parameter setup enables fast integration into existing welding environments.

Ideal for heavy-duty MIG welding, metal fabrication, steel construction, and industrial production lines.

Usual delivery time: 3 weeks
