In this customer test, a comprehensive quality control followed by sorting was simulated. The collaborative Lebai robot performs several precise tasks. First, it takes the packaging from a prepared stack and places it accurately in the designated position. Then, the robot picks up the component and transports it to the quality control station (QS station).
There, the component is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets the established quality standards. Once the quality control is completed, the component is carefully sorted into the blister pack, preparing it for further shipping or storage.
