In this particular customer application, the task was to transport snail shells to various positions within a cycle time defined by the customer. The main challenge was selecting an appropriate end effector, as the snail shells needed to remain undamaged throughout the process.
After careful consideration and analysis of the requirements, the decision was made to use a SoftGripper.
