De UR3e is een collaboratieve 6-assige robot met een draagvermogen van 3 kg en een reikwijdte van 500 mm. Met een herhaalbaarheid van ±0,03 mm en een compacte voetafdruk van Ø 128 mm is hij ideaal voor nauwkeurige taken in krappe ruimtes. De robot weegt slechts 11,2 kg, heeft een IP54-classificatie en voldoet aan de ISO Klasse 6/7 cleanroom-normen.
De besturing gebeurt via de gebruiksvriendelijke Polyscope-software op een 12-inch touchscreen. De UR3e ondersteunt interfaces zoals Modbus TCP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, USB, ROS/ROS2, evenals digitale en analoge I/O's. De communicatie met gereedschap verloopt via een M8 8-pins connector met 12/24 V-voeding.
Typische toepassingen zijn onder meer assemblage-, lijm-, schroef- en inspectietaken. De UR3e kan direct op een tafel of in machines worden geïntegreerd – ideaal voor bedrijven die op zoek zijn naar ruimtebesparende en flexibele automatisering.
