Het 3-assige portaalsysteem van LEANTECHNIK is een flexibele oplossing voor precieze handling-, positionerings- en automatiseringstaken. Bewegingen langs de X-, Y- en Z-as zorgen voor betrouwbaar transport en nauwkeurige positionering, ook van zware werkstukken. Bewezen lifgo® tandheugelreductoren zorgen voor hoge dynamiek en positioneringsnauwkeurigheid. Verplaatsingsafstanden, draagvermogen, aandrijvingen en asconfiguraties worden afgestemd op uw toepassing, zodat u een portaalsysteem op maat krijgt voor pick-and-place, montage en laad- en losprocessen.

The LEANTECHNIK 3-axis gantry system enables precise and dynamic movement along the X, Y and Z axes. Proven lifgo® and lean SL® rack and pinion gearboxes form the basis of the modular system and can be flexibly combined. Mechanical synchronisation of multiple gearboxes ensures high repeatability, even load distribution and reliable motion sequences. Even heavy workpieces can be moved safely and precisely. An ideal solution for pick-and-place, assembly, loading and unloading, palletising, as well as automated transfer and positioning processes.
