Snelle 3-assige automatisering voor snelle pick-and-place-taken
De igus LCA-DR1000-03 3-assige deltarobot is ontworpen voor snelle pick & place-toepassingen. Met een werkdiameter van 1.000 mm, tot 96 picks per minuut en een topsnelheid van 2 m/s biedt hij een nauwkeurige en kosteneffectieve automatiseringsoplossing. De maximale versnelling bedraagt 28 m/s² met een herhaalbaarheid van ongeveer 0,3 mm.
De besturing gebeurt via de optionele igus® Robot Control, verkrijgbaar als kastversie. De gratis software maakt intuïtieve programmering en integratie met systemen zoals Modbus TCP/IT, ROS of Python mogelijk – ideaal voor flexibele besturingsarchitecturen.
Typische toepassingsgebieden zijn pick & place, sorteer- en stapeltaken op transportbanden en end-of-line-toepassingen. Dankzij de modulaire opbouw en open interfaces kan de robot eenvoudig in bestaande automatiseringssystemen worden geïntegreerd.
