Schmalz ROB-SET ECBPMi – Elektrische vacuümgrijpersets voor cobots
De ROB-SET ECBPMi-serie van Schmalz biedt kant-en-klare totaaloplossingen voor geautomatiseerde handling met collaboratieve robots en lichtgewichtrobots. Elke set is gebaseerd op de elektrische vacuümgenerator CobotPump ECBPMi en bevat alle benodigde componenten voor een snelle integratie: vacuümgenerator, flensadapter, zuignappen en aansluitkabel.
Dankzij de elektrische vacuümopwekking is er geen persluchttoevoer nodig, wat de installatie bijzonder eenvoudig maakt. De sets zijn geoptimaliseerd voor gangbare robotmerken zoals Universal Robots, FANUC, Techman en andere. Met het Plug & Work-principe en optionele URCap-software verloopt de inbedrijfstelling intuïtief en snel.
Ideaal voor toepassingen zoals pick-and-place, verpakking, montage en bin-picking, met name bij luchtdichte werkstukken tot ca. 3 kg.

Plug-and-play vacuum handling for FAIRINO robots
The ECBPMi FAIRINO from Schmalz has been specially developed for rapid integration with FAIRINO lightweight robots and enables immediate implementation of automated pick-and-place processes. All components are optimally coordinated with one another, reducing engineering, procurement and assembly costs to a minimum. Thanks to the integrated electric vacuum generator, there is no need to connect to a central compressed air supply, which reduces installation costs and allows new automation applications to be implemented flexibly. The pre-configured complete set significantly speeds up commissioning and ensures reliable, reproducible handling of a wide variety of workpieces in production, assembly and logistics.

With the ECBPMi FAIRINO, users benefit from a compact and particularly energy-efficient vacuum gripping solution mounted directly on the robot flange.
