MIG-350IXR Luchtgekoelde lasbron
De MIG-350IXR is een driefasige lasstroombron (380 V ±10%) met een aansluitvermogen van 14,4 kVA en een ingangsstroom van 25 A. Het apparaat biedt een uitgangsbereik van 20–350 A bij 17–32 V en een inschakelduur van 60%. De push/pull-draadaanvoer voor draden van 0,8–1,2 mm zorgt voor stabiele boogstromen. Met een rendement van 89% en beschermingsklasse IP21S is het apparaat ontworpen voor industrieel gebruik.
Het systeem ondersteunt puls- en constante-spanningskarakteristieken voor constructiestaal, roestvrij staal en gevulde draad. De push/pull-voeding vermindert problemen bij de draadaanvoer en verhoogt de proceszekerheid. Dankzij duidelijk gestructureerde parameters is de installatie eenvoudig en kan het systeem snel en zonder complexe besturing in bestaande lasomgevingen worden geïntegreerd.

The welding source can be combined with welding process libraries and parameter management functions that support weaving welding, multi-layer welding and multi-pass welding applications. Integration into robotic welding environments enables centralized configuration of welding parameters and welding processes.
