High-Speed 4-Axis Delta Robot for Precision Pick & Place Tasks
The Bat360M-S0.5 4-axis delta robot delivers exceptional speed and precision for high-efficiency pick-and-place automation. Featuring a 360 mm working diameter, 0.5 kg rated payload, and ±0.05 mm repeatability, it achieves a top speed of 8.4 m/s and maximum acceleration of 150 m/s², enabling up to 150 picks per minute for high-throughput lines.
It supports mainstream industrial control systems. The open programming interface allows intuitive operation and seamless integration with Modbus RTU/TCP, Socket, EtherCAT and other common protocols, suiting flexible automation layouts.
Typical applications include high-speed pick & place, sorting, assembly, and end-of-line packaging for electronics, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. Its modular design, IP54 protection, and compact footprint enable easy integration into existing production lines
Highlights
(1) RobotPhoenix Bat360M-S0.5 is a compact 4-DOF high-speed delta robot with a 360mm working diameter and a rated payload of 0.5kg. Adopting lightweight optimized connecting rod structure, it reaches an ultra-short cycle time of 0.28s and high repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. The whole machine meets IP54 dustproof and splash-proof standard, equipped with complete EMC anti-interference shielding, real-time operation monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock functions. It supports stable continuous operation within 0–45℃ industrial environment, perfectly matching high-speed picking and precise handling of tiny lightweight workpieces.
(2) This robot adopts single-phase AC220V power supply with rated power of 0.8kW, and features suspended top-mounted layout to save production line floor space. It reserves abundant expandable digital I/O ports and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP and Socket multi-protocol communication. The control system delivers strong openness, compatible with mainstream visual positioning systems, conveyor tracking modules and various miniature pneumatic/electric grippers, enabling seamless docking with precision assembly and sorting lines without complicated customized modification.
(3) Supported by mature mass production and stable long-term operation reliability, Bat360M-S0.5 targets light-load high-precision automated scenarios. It is widely applied in 3C electronics, pharmaceutical, food and daily chemical industries for sorting, assembling and packaging of small parts. Compared with large-load delta models, it has smaller footprint, faster dynamic response and lower energy consumption, greatly improving production efficiency of compact automated stations and reducing comprehensive equipment investment and operating costs.
